Avoid this hotel it is not 5 star

Tui have quite clearly washed there hands of this hotel . It is not a 5 star hotel having travelled all over the world i would rate it at 3 at best . The rooms are dated things don’t work and when maintenance attend to fix things they are unable to as things are old and would need to be completely renewed . The food is bland boring with little choice and when things have run out they are not replaced . Poor quality and lack of basic facilities.

Despite the number of stars I have awarded this hotel, initially I thought this was the nicest place we’d ever stayed. This was before we realised: The food is always lukewarm, never hot The towels, if they are replaced, are more grey than white, stained and poor quality. Bed sheets poor quality with holes in them. Mosquitoes- no attempt made to solve this issue. Rooms not routinely treated, grass not cut etc Cushions removed from our swim up room and not replaced for 3 days, just leaving the uncomfortable frame to lay on. Some Good Moments, But Some Very Bad moments.

We got back home in the early hours of this morning. The holiday had highs and lows. The highs are the beautiful beach and sea and the restaurant staff who the most friendly I've known. The lows start with the fact the island doesn't have the infrastructure to cope with a growing number of visitors. The water supply was off 6 times in 4 days, the response from the reception, duty manager and the Tui reps was "what do you expect?" The plan truth is we I'm paying £thousands on a holiday in a 5 star hotel I expect to have a shower in the morning, I expect to be able to flush the toilet. There we

It remains a nice place to relax and unwind. The staff work hard and are there for you. We come here often. The food selection isn't very wide at the moment, though. It used to be better. But we still feel at home here, and the welcome remains warm. holiday is great again.
