Question

This isn’t a review but a question as I haven’t had a reply to my email and I would like to know the following I will be staying at your hotel in September this year and would be grateful if you could advise me on the drinks available as part of the all inclusive package. Specifically, I would like to know: Which national and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Which premium brands are available at an additional charge.

ATTENTION!! ATENCION!!! If I had to give this review five stars, I would do so solely because of the people who work at this hotel, most of whom are excellent hosts, always wearing a smile and providing meticulous attention to ensure you feel comfortable. The adults only Punta Cana Princess Hotel is terrible in terms of most of its services; it doesn't even come close to comparing with the other two family-friendly hotels to which you have access. In fact, you really have to spend all your time eating and hanging out at those other hotels (Caribe and Tropical) if you want your stay to be worth

Simply paradise!

We recently stayed at Princess Punta Cana and had such a great experience. The resort is beautiful and extremely well kept. Everywhere was clean, from the gardens and pathways to the restaurants, pools, and beach areas. You can tell the staff work very hard to maintain the resort to a high standard. The beach was one of our favourite parts of the holiday. The white sand and clear water were stunning, and there was always a relaxing atmosphere around the resort. Great resort and warm, genuine smiles!!!

We were very impressed with this resort. It is quite a small footprint if relaxation is your thing. Rooms are a little dated and the beach is small - but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The restaurants didn’t require reservations, which was a plus…. We had a great experience at the spa…. But above all else, we were treated like royalty by the employees here; Juana - her welcoming smile for every breakfast and lunch, Luis with our special table set for each evening… then there is our friend Felix around the pool everyday ensuring we were “good” with his infectious, generous smile….
